These Terms and Conditions are available at any time on our website and may be modified at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date the quote is signed.

Signing the quote constitutes unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Client acknowledges having read and fully accepted them.

Article 12 - Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed unwritten, without invalidating these Terms and Conditions or affecting the validity of the other provisions.

10.3 Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of EVE's registered office, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.

10.2 Mediation: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. The Client may resort to consumer mediation.

10.1 Complaints: All complaints must be submitted in writing to EVE within 15 days of the event. After this period, no complaints will be accepted.

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Article 9 - Protection of personal data

EVE reserves the right to use photographs and videos of the event for promotional purposes (website, social networks, portfolio), unless the Client objects in writing.

All concepts, creations, staging, and documents created by EVE remain its exclusive intellectual property. The Client is prohibited from reproducing, copying, or transferring them to third parties without prior written authorization.

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

Important: EVE cannot be held responsible for damages caused by guests or incidents beyond its control (food poisoning, theft, damage to the premises, etc.).

7.3 Limitation: In any event, EVE's liability is limited to the amount of services invoiced.

7.2 Insurance: EVE has professional liability insurance covering its activities. The Client must also take out insurance for their event.

7.1 Responsabilité du Prestataire : EVE est responsable de la coordination et de l'organisation générale de l'événement. Sa responsabilité ne saurait être engagée en cas de défaillance d'un prestataire tiers, de force majeure, ou d'événements indépendants de sa volonté.

Article 7 - Liability and Insurance

Article 6 - Cancellation and Amendment

6.1 Cancellation by the Client:

All cancellations must be notified in writing (email or registered letter). The cancellation conditions are as follows:

A date change may be accepted only once, subject to availability, for a processing fee of 15% of the total amount. The change must be made at least 3 months before the original date.

6.3 Cancellation by the Provider:

In the event of force majeure (serious illness, accident, natural disaster, etc.), EVE reserves the right to cancel the service. The Client will be fully reimbursed for all sums paid, without any additional compensation.

Between 3 and 6 months before the event

50% refund of the deposit paid

Take out liability insurance covering the event

Follow the instructions given by EVE and its service providers on the day of the event.

Inform EVE of any changes or constraints as soon as possible

Confirm the choices (service providers, menus, decorations, etc.) within the given timeframe.

Respect the scheduled payment deadlines

Provide all the information necessary for the proper execution of the service

The Client agrees to:

Article 5 - Client Obligations

Important: EVE acts as organizer and coordinator. Responsibility for third-party services (catering, photography, DJ, etc.) lies with the respective service providers.
  • Respect the confidentiality of information provided by the Client

  • Inform the Client of any difficulties that may affect the service

  • Select qualified and trustworthy service providers

  • To be present and available on the day of the event according to the terms stipulated in the contract

  • Respect the agreed deadlines and the established schedule

EVE commits to:

Article 4 - Obligations of the Service Provider

3.1 Prices: Prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT (HT) for professionals and including VAT (TTC) for individuals. They include the services detailed in the quote, unless otherwise stated.

Article 3 - Price and payment terms

30% of the balance 15 days before the event

40% of the amount 60 days before the event

30% deposit upon signing the quote

Payment schedule:

3.3 Payment Methods: Payments can be made by bank transfer, check, or credit card. No event will be organized if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.

3.4 Late payment: Any late payment will result in the application of late payment penalties at a rate of 3 times the legal interest rate, as well as a fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs.

3.5 Additional costs: Travel expenses beyond 50 km from our head office, as well as accommodation costs if necessary, will be charged extra.

2.3 Modifications: Any modification to the service after the quote has been signed will be subject to an addendum. Modifications requested less than 30 days before the event may incur additional charges.

2.2 Acceptance: The order is only final after the Client signs the quote, accompanied by payment of the deposit stipulated in article 3. The signature of the quote constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

2.1 Quote: Every project begins with the preparation of a free, personalized quote, valid for 30 days from its date of issue. The quote details the services offered and their pricing.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which prevail over any other document, unless otherwise agreed in advance, expressly and in writing.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between EVE - Elise Vandaele Event (hereinafter "the Provider" or "EVE") and any natural or legal person wishing to benefit from the services offered (hereinafter "the Client").
